Applications Battery cutter and crimper – the specialists with 14.4 V battery voltage composed for you to be best prepared in cable assembly – reliable and fast. The set includes the battery cutting tool RS7, the battery crimping tool PressMax 14-A as well as two rechargeable batteries IPP-40, the matching charger and a crimping die box, compactly stowed in a robust transport case. The sorting box for crimping dies is an additional assistance.

The battery cable cutter RS7 cuts Cu and Al stranded conductors up to 65 mm diameter and energy cables, e.g. Cu NYY 4 x 185 mm² (1 x 800 mm²) or Al NAYY 4 x 240 mm² (1 x 1,000 mm²). This lightweight, high-performance cutting tool is particularly ergonomic and can be operated with one hand. Thanks to its sickle-shaped cutting geometry, it produces very precise cuts with minimal material deformation.

The PressMax 14-A battery-powered hydraulic crimping tool is powerful, has a wide range of applications and is optimally adapted to the requirements of the energy industry. The 140 kN crimping force and the 2-step hydraulics ensure short crimping cycles. With commercially available C-shaped crimping dies (C) you can crimp DIN hexagonal Cu and Al up to 400 mm², but you can also crimp arbor and double arbor as well as H- and C-clamps with this professional tool. Thanks to the large stroke of 22 mm, even wide crimping is possible for even greater efficiency. The crimping tool is equipped with crimping die safety devices and a patented safety lock - for more safety on the construction site and to avoid application errors when closing the crimping head.
