Applications Battery cutter and crimper – the specialists with 14.4 V battery voltage composed for you to be best prepared in cable assembly – reliable and fast. The set includes the battery cutting tool RS 5, the battery crimping tool PressMax 12 as well as two rechargeable batteries IPP-40, the matching charger and a crimping die box, compactly stowed in a robust transport case. The sorting box for crimping dies is an additional assistance.

Battery-operated cable cutter RS5 - lightweight, handy and powerful:

The battery cable cutter RS 5 cuts Cu and Al stranded conductors up to Ø 50 mm and power cables, e.g. Cu NYY 4 x 150 mm² (1 x 630 mm²) or Al NAYY 4 x 185 mm² (1 x 800 mm²). This lightweight, high-performance cutting tool is particularly ergonomic and can be operated with one hand. Thanks to its sickle-shaped cutting geometry, it produces very precise cuts with minimal material deformation.

Battery hydraulic cable crimping tool PressMax 12 - powerful, versatile, with 42 mm stroke:

The open crimping head of the cable crimper PressMax 12 simplifies the positioning of the tool on the cable lug and therefore enjoys great popularity in the energy and electrical industries. The very large stroke of 42 mm and the 120 kN crimping force enable arbor crimping up to 150 mm ² and the installation of junction terminals e.g. H-terminals up to 2 x 120 mm ². Due to the open design and the rotatable crimping head, the tool can be easily positioned even in places that are difficult to access. The LED for illumination of the working area supports this. Due to the optimum coordination of the 2-step hydraulics, the cable crimper has particularly short crimping times.
