Battery cutter and crimper – the specialists with 14.4 V battery voltage composed for you to be best prepared in cable assembly – reliable and fast. The set includes the battery cutting tool RS3-O, the battery crimping tool PressMax 6-C as well as two rechargeable batteries IPP-40, the matching charger and a crimping die box, compactly stowed in a robust transport case. Optimized for switch cabinet construction this set simplifies working in confined spaces.

The battery cutter RS 3-O also cuts hard material such as round copper material up to 33 mm diameter or overhead lines (ACSR) up to 18 mm diameter. This lightweight, high-performance cutting tool can therefore be used for cutting to length in many areas of industry or the power industry. Thanks to its good ergonomics and low weight, it can be operated with one hand. The PressMax 6-C battery press is a tool with an excellent power-performance ratio. With a crimping force of 60 kN it processes DIN hexagonal Cu and Al up to 300 mm2. The battery press accommodates commercially available narrow C-shaped crimping dies (CS). The dies are secured by safety devices. Thanks to its narrow, ergonomic design and rotatable crimping head, it is very convenient to work even in confined spaces.
