The stripping tool PBT 40 VA is a durable insulated stripping tool with 3 blades and variably adjustable longitudinal cutting blade for quick stripping/dismantling of cables with diameters from 10-45mm and that in only 3 steps: circular cut, longitudinal cut, removal.

The insulated aluminium pliers with ergonomic rubber handle are suitable for cable diameters 10-45 mm. The 3 circular blades should cut less than the sheath thickness to avoid damaging the conductor material underneath.
The blades for circular and lengthwise cuts are matched to the cable or sheath thickness:
Round cut: 3 blades, 4.0 mm cutting depth, cut is made efficiently by 120° rotation.
Longitudinal cut: 1 blade, variable adjustable from 0.2 up to 4.0 mm cutting depth.
The insulation protects against electric shock up to 1 kV (IEC EN 60900)
Outer sheath is cut via a 120° rotation and 4.0 mm cutting depth.
The longitudinal cut can be set individually in 0.2 mm steps and then cuts through the outer sheath.
A gripper can be used to conveniently pull off the cut cable sheathing.
The pliers are also suitable for stripping sector conductors.
The ergonomic design is robust and very durable.
The blades are replaceable spares and can be changed easily.
