Applications
The air screwdriver with push-to-start SD30/5RS is an assembly tool for universal applications, especially for soft screw-joints and self-tapping screws in wood and plastics. The user can control the final torque. The air powered screw driver has a power of 300 Watt and It is designed for industrial applications.
Torque range with white spring, wire Ø 2.5 mm: 3.0 - 5.0 Nm
Torque range with blue spring, wire Ø 1.5 mm: 1.0 - 3.2 Nm

The screwdriver has a slip clutch. When the torque is reached, the clutch engages and the classic ratcheting can be heard.
Thanks to the high speed of 2,500 min-1, short screwing cycles are guaranteed.
The rod shape with non-slip edge makes the pneumatic screwdriver comfortable and safe to use.
You have more grip and control over the tool at all times. In addition, the ergonomic, rubberised handle provides optimum insulation from the cold.
With 0.82 kg the screwdriver is very light. The direction of rotation can easily be changed by a rotary switch.
The pneumatic screwdriver is started comfortably via axial pressure (push-to-start).
The reaction torque at shut-off is low, which relieves the operator of the burden of frequent screwing cycles.
Above 4 Nm shut-off torque we recommend a support, which relieves the operator of frequent screwing cycles.
Oil-free operation in sensitive areas is possible.
