The air file belt grinder BS 20 C is easily convertible for various applications, such as convex and concave shapes, surface grinding, rounding of edges or derusting work. The powerful belt grinder is a professional tool and is used in many areas, from pre-sanding to derusting, fine grinding or surface finishing. Depending on the abrasive belt equipment, you can process unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass or bronze, cast iron, steel alloys but also stainless steel (non-woven abrasive belt).

If you need to change the grinding belt, you can do so quickly and easily without additional tools thanks to the grinding arm lock. The dust collector protects you from swirling abrasive particles. With a simple turn of a screwdriver you can easily change the speed. The belt grinder runs clockwise, reversible models are the BSR10B and the BSR20. The air file belt grinder is our versatile professional tool. The grinder with its bandwidth of 20 mm provides good removal performance, but is flexible in its application. For particularly heavy grinding work, an additional finger guide can be ordered as an option, which enables two-handed use. The finger grinder is ideal for machining workpieces that require flexible use. Thanks to the flat grinding shoe and round grinding shoe, you can easily adapt the belt grinder to the application. You can attach the optionally available guide roller to the grinding arm if you want to work on curved surfaces.
