Applications
The Record C DL-5/8 is a powerful pneumatic Deck scaler for cleaning medium-sized surfaces. The rust removal machine with flexible shaft removes plate rust, flash rust, slag and paint or cleans concrete and stone. It is used in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, corrosion protection as well as in shipyards and concrete renovation.

Reinforced metal flexible shaft
The Record C DL-5/8 rust removal and cleaning machine is ideal for processing medium-sized surfaces. The rust removal tool is designed for connection to a compressed air supply with 6.0 bar, the connection is made by a claw coupling. The system is particularly sturdy thanks to its robust construction and the metal flexible shaft with stable shaft core (Ø 15 mm) and connection ends with additional reinforcing spirals. The robust aluminium protective hood protects the operator from flying, removed material. This type has a 5/8 holder for mounting separately available tool attachments such as impact tools, milling tools or round brushes. Thanks to the housing, the deck scaler is also ideally suited for rough use on board.
