Applications
Fleece abrasive belts are ideally for refinement of surfaces, removal of ghost lines and old lacquer, for cleaning and rust removal works and fine deburring. They are designed for work unalloyed steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metal (aluminum, brass, bronze). 10 x 330 mm, grain 100, corundum, nylon fleece abrasive interspersed with abrasive grain.
The best solution for demanding surfaces - due to the three-dimensional structure of the non-woven abrasives, the abrasive grains adapt ideally to the geometry of the workpiece.
The carrier material consists of robust, flexible polyester fabric with needled nylon fibre and is waterproof.
The diagonal cut connection is underglued with foil from the carrier side.
The continuously released abrasive grit and the optimum dispersion enable effective use with a long service life.
It must not be used with an additional guide roller.
