You have full tool control via the feed and return buttons, which you can use at any time to control the pressing process. New is the possibility to change the tool from manual to automatic return. When the maximum press force is reached, the piston automatically returns to its starting position. However, you can stop the piston at the desired position by tapping the feed button - you always have full control over your tool.
With 17 mm stroke and the corresponding force in optimally matched 2-step hydraulics, you can also crimp cross-sections DIN hexagonal Cu/Al up to 300 mm2 with the b battery-operated hydraulic crimper . In addition, this tool is even faster under load thanks to improved technology. The tool is compatible with 22 V lithium ion batteries from Hilti (B22).

The battery hydraulic crimper with 100 kN is a very powerful, compact and versatile tool. Thanks to its improved, balanced and ergonomic housing, it can also be handled comfortably with one hand. The crimping tool is equipped with standard C-shaped crimping dies (Form C). The patented safety interlock and the crimping die safety pins offer double safety. Damage caused by incorrectly inserted crimping dies or an insufficiently closed crimping head is now a thing of the past. Thanks to the compact design and the 180° rotatable crimping head, the tool can be easily positioned on the workpiece. The head is narrowly designed for this performance class and can therefore also be used in confined spaces.
