Applications
Battery press PressMax-C12 Hi -This versatile, powerful battery-hydraulic crimping tool processes cable lugs and connectors up to 300 mm2 according to DIN with standard C-shaped crimping dies. It crimps fine-stranded conductors with arbor crimping dies also or, thanks to the large stroke, H-clamps and C-clamps. Its versatility makes it suitable for use in power supply companies, municipal utilities, industrial cable assembly or wind energy.

Battery press PressMax-C12 Hi - open crimper with 42 mm stroke
With 120 kN, the press is a powerful, versatile crimping tool. Thanks to its improved, balanced and ergonomic housing, it can also be handled with one hand. The narrow, 180° rotatable, open crimping head also allows crimping in hard-to-reach places. The LED for illumination of the working area supports this. The pressing tool is equipped with commercially available C-shell crimping dies (Form C), which are firmly locked in the crimping head via crimping insert safety devices for greater safety on the working site. You have full tool control via the feed and return buttons, with which you can control the crimping process at any time. New is the possibility to change the tool to automatic return. When the maximum crimping force is reached, the piston automatically returns to its starting position. However, you can stop the piston at the desired position by tapping the feed button - you always have full control over your tool. With 42 mm stroke and the corresponding force in optimally coordinated 2-step hydraulics, this battery pressing tool is even more powerful and versatile. The open crimping head and the large stroke enable many different applications, from DIN hexagonal crimping to H-clamps, arbor crimping and much more. Thanks to improved technology, this tool is even faster under load. You can use the battery pressing tool to crimp DIN hexagon Cu/Al cross-sections up to 300 mm2. The tool is compatible with 22 V lithium ion batteries from Hilti (B22).Areas of application are subject to change.
