Applications
The Compressed Air Tapper TG12/25D with precision quick-change chuck is a professional tool for cutting very precise threads or in combination with coupling for cutting blind holes. This type is designed for mounting on a linear arm in the production area, the control is done via the direct inlet. Materials such as plastic, wood, aluminium, bronze, brass, cast iron, alloyed and unalloyed steels can be machined. The air tapper is used in the metal industry, car body construction, plastics processing, the wood industry, in apparatus and container construction as well as by repair stores.

Oil-free operation possible
Choose the straight design for working in vertical direction in combination with a linear arm. The tapper is started only by pressure. Switching on at low speed makes it easier to place the tapper on the previously placed core hole. The tool is reversible, which can be achieved by pulling the tool. The return is at double speed, thus ensuring efficient work, especially during the production process.
The holder is a precision quick-change chuck, type 1 (Ø 32 mm). Select the desired tap holder, it is not included in the delivery. It must be selected according to the used tap insert. You have the choice between holders without coupling or with coupling for cutting blind holes. Please contact us, we will be pleased to advise you for a perfectly fitting combination.
