Applications The compressed air pencil grinder GGX11/550 with extended exhaust hose is a small, handy precision straight grinder with collet chuck suitable for grinding and deburring with mounted points or burrs. It is used in precision mechanics, for deburring and smoothing welding seams as well as in mould making.

Pencil grinder GG11/550 - for precise grinding with exhaust guidance

The GGX11/550 pneumatic pencil grinder with extended exhaust hose is suitable for precise grinding and deburring with grinding pins or burrs due to its small, handy design and speed. Via the collet chuck, grinding pins with 3 mm shank up to max. Ø 10 mm or carbide burrs up to max. Ø 3 mm can be used. The tool is low-vibration and additionally protects the worker by a hose-in-hose-exhaust air guidance. For very precise grinding work, the compressed-air grinding pencil convinces with its quiet, precise tool guidance. It is started via a rotary valve. Various collets are available as accessories. If you are looking for a tool with an extended exhaust hose and silencer, the GGX 11/550 is a possible variant.
