HOW NEEDLE SCALERS WORK
The needle scaler frees metal and other workpieces from corrosion coatings, rust coatings, varnish, shell coatings or slag. In a percussive working principle, the mounted needles guided in the needle carrier are driven onto the surface with high energy and adapt perfectly to the substrate. This enables them to powerfully and efficiently remove even multi-layered and brittle layers of paint. The needles even reach edges, recesses, waves or grooves with ease.
These tools are also called needle guns, air jet chisels or air needle pistols and can be operated electrically or pneumatically.
WHAT I CAN MACHINE WITH NEEDLE SCALERS?
Robust workpieces made of metal, concrete, stone, cast iron, sheet metal in container construction, steel structures such as bridges, masts and many more can be processed with our quality tools, but they are also used in preparation for sandblasting. The removal rate is also determined by the needle equipment - different needle carriers and a wide range of needle diameters and lengths are available for each needle scaler. We can even offer you non-sparking Cu-beryllium needles.

DERUSTING BRUSHES
For decades, rust removal brushes have been among the most popular tools in corrosion protection. Our MAG-9000 is a classic and convinces customers worldwide with its long service life, good handling and high stock removal. Common brushes can be mounted via the M14 attachment. For attachments with round shank, we can offer you two small handy brushing tools with collet chuck mount in different speed design, for example for the use of wire end brushes or grinding pins.
Also very popular with our customers are the small, handy and powerful straight grinders. The design allows you to reach even hard-to-reach places. They are ideal for grinding pins and burrs due to the higher speeds. The collet chuck holders can be optionally adapted to your conditions with different collets.
RUST REMOVING MACHINES
Rust removing machines are the first choice for processing medium-sized and large surfaces. They can be equipped with different tool attachments - with abrasive roller, impact hammers or milling wheels - and thus remove rust, flash rust or paint quickly and reliably. Our rust removal machines have a high removal rate and can be powered by compressed air or electricity (115 V, 230 V or 400 V). Due to their durability, efficiency and low maintenance costs, these derusting machines have been appreciated by our customers in the marine industry for decades for work that has to be done on deck.
